It's important to be reminded that you aren't alone in your grief. Join us as we gather together, share our stories, and discuss coping strategies for the winter season.
This workshop will be held on Zoom, please bring a journal for a writing exercise. Optional to bring a photo or keepsake that reminds you of your loss to share with the group.
Workshop is 2.5 hrs, and we'll take a short break in the middle.
