Start your yoga journey or return to the fundamentals of the practice here.

This four-week series led by Summer Lee will teach you the foundations of the yoga practice, including postures, breath techniques and ways to calm the mind and body.

You will learn how to build strength and balance by creating a solid foundation that is rooted in good alignment, body awareness, breath and presence.

You can drop-in to a class or take the entire series at a discounted rate. Pre-registration is required.
