About this Event

Join Summer Lee, Mind Body Eating Coach, for a 4-week series on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm PST, starting March 6th!

In an intimate small group setting with dedicated time for sharing and reflection, together we'll explore the foundational principles of intuitive eating.

  • Develop a more positive relationship with food

  • Find freedom from yo-yo dieting & food restriction by rejecting diet culture

  • Reconnect with your body by tapping into hunger, fullness & satisfaction cues

  • Reduce emotional eating, overeating and mindless eating

  • Let go of guilt, shame, and deprivation to rediscover the pleasure of eating
