Intuitive Eating Support Group (4 week series)


The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to many aspects of our lives, including our mental health. For those who struggle with issues around food & body image, this can be an especially difficult time. Whether it’s anxiety around grocery shopping, an increase in stress eating, or fear around gaining weight during quarantine… we could all use a little extra support right now.

Join Summer Lee, Mind Body Eating Coach & Holistic Nutritionist, for a 4-week online support group on Wednesday evenings from 6-7p, starting April 29!

The intention of this group is to:

  • Create a safe space for folks to share and find support around food and body image challenges

  • Provide an opportunity to learn simple, practical tools for tapping into your own intuition around food

  • Offer a collaborative approach to navigating new "shelter-in-place" challenges around grocery shopping, cooking, and take-out restaurant options

  • Help folks feel empowered to start shifting towards a more positive, nourishing and even pleasurable relationship with food & body
